The Corporate Training & Development Specialist will be primarily responsible for new product and technology training as it relates to the Wright Express release process. Additionally this candidate will be responsible for creative and innovative solutions for delivery of training. Must have a strong bias for creation of documentation and documentation storage protocols.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: · Stewards training for new product and technology as part of our release process · Creates, manages and implements documentation and technology solutions for key Human Resources and Business Initiatives · Innovative and creative in identification and use of new technology, learning techniques including on-line, mobile and web-based tools · Accountable for delivery of documentation and storage protocols utilizing Sharepoint or other identified knowledge management systems. · Plays a critical role in the Learning and Development framework and strategy · Ability to facilitate and deliver training as needed
