We are currently seeking a Corporate Finance Associate who will be responsible for the financial analysis associated with a wide variety of corporate real estate service projects for UGL Equis and their clients. The qualified individual must have strong presentation and communications skills and be able to demonstrate his or her ability to operate in a deadline-sensitive environment. The candidate must also possess excellent financial skills, as well as have hands-on experience in analyzing leasehold and investment transactions. This person will be expected to participate in proposals and presentations to clients and prospects. Responsibilities: Prepare detailed financial analysis using Excel and Argus models for real estate transactions addressing acquisition and sale, financing, sale/leaseback and consolidation on a GAAP and after-tax basis Analyzing and interpreting property level information, including historical operating statements, budgets, leases, loan agreements, etc. Review and analysis of operations and facilities for client portfolios Structuring complex real estate based transactions to maximize critical benefits including: cash flow optimization, tax mitigation, GAAP/financial statement enhancement Attending meetings with sellers, buyers, landlords and tenants to discuss financial and occupancy structures and strategies Gather relevant market, economic and demographic data affecting property or industry Ability to participate in client meetings, make recommendations to brokers and their clients, and participate in strategy sessions Promote, build, and grow Corporate Finance service line regionally & nationally Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field, MBA preferred A minimum of six years of related real estate or financial analysis experience Graduate work, CPA or CFA certification a plus Strong computer skills especially in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Argus Excellent oral and written communication skills Excellent analytical and mathematical skills required Some travel is required Qualified candidates should e-mail resumes to ruiting@.
