Corporate Audit Manager Primary Duties: * Supervises and executes audit projects and departmental initiatives* Conducts integrated financial, IT, and operational audits of functions and affiliates in both domestic and international locations* Assists in formulating and effectively communicating recommendations to assess and enhance the adequacy of internal controls and procedural requirements and to assist in the identification of specific and general financial and operational risk areas * Assists Internal Audit management in providing assurance to executive, operating and divisional management as to the adequacy of the effective use of company resources, adequacy of the internal controls, and adherence to Corporate and Finance Policies and Procedures as well as local laws, regulations and industry codesSpecific Qualifications (required unless noted otherwise): * Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or Information Technology* Completion / partial completion of Certified Public Accountant or Certified Internal Auditor and/or Certified Information System Auditor examinations* 3 to 6 years diversified US and/or International auditing experience, some Big 4 or National Accounting firm experience is preferred* Ability to control own work and assigned tasks on short-term projects (i.e., less than 5 weeks)* Ability to travel 20% to and work in domestic and international markets * Excellent organizational skills * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Strong analytical skills * Detail oriented, able to multitask and meet deadlines * Self-motivated, able to work in a team and demonstrates the ability to work independently in lower to medium risk areas* Knowledge of internal control requirements and risk assessment * Functional knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, Generally Accepted Auditing Standards and other applicable regulatory requirements * Working knowledge of the Sarbanes - Oxley Act of 2002 and sections
