We are looking for talented business professionals to join our Bay Area practice offices in technical accounting and consulting. As a Consultant with Resources Global Professionals you will have the ability to play an instrumental role in assisting clients with a variety of challenging projects and make postiive impact on their ability to do business.

Professional Qualifications:
MBA or undergraduate degree in accounting or finance.
CPA
8-15+ years experience as a Controller or Senior Accounting Manager in large companies ($500MM+).
Technical accounting skills, large-scale or international consolidations experience, SEC reporting and revenue recognition skills.
Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP
Experience with large-scale ERPs (SAP and Oracle preferred) and reporting tools.
Previous experience in a Big 4 or large regional accounting firm.
Intermediate to advanced computer skills in Excel and Access.
Proven ability to work on cross-functional teams in a matrix organizational structure.
Strong client relationship and project management skills.
A passion for a project work lifestyle.
The ability to drive the work to successful completion in complex and ever-changing work environments.
Strong communication skills and the ability to solve problems, execute, and transfer knowledge.
