Requirements:
Controller/Bookkeeper for Law Firm. Handle Payroll with Payroll Company, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable; Handle Vendors; Interface with CPA and Bank; Some HR Supervision; Overtime Supervision; Bank Account Reconciliation; Monthly Billing of Clients. Knowledge of QuickBooks Pro a must; Knowledge of Timeslips preferred. Prior Law Firm Experience Preferred. Hours are 8:30-5:30pm.
