Title: Contract Management Analyst, Senior Location: California-San Diego
Key Role: Provide contracts management support to the DoD client program offices. Assist with the development and execution of strategies. Provide contractual policy and procedural analysis to contracting officer representative and program managers. Manage existing contracts, including IDIQs and assist with the development of new procurement packages. Support the development of acquisition documentation, prepare contract modifications requests (MRs), procurement requests (PRs), Delivery Orders, Statements of Work (SOWs), Statement of Objectives (SOO), and Performance Work Statements (PWS) and track DD250's, invoices, CDRL's, and deliverables. Participate in developing common processes related to contracts management. This position does not consist of any work for the company internally and is located in San Diego, CA. Basic Qualifications: -6 years of experience with acquisition and government contracts management, including acquisition processes and developing program documentation. -Experience with government contracts and the RFP process -Experience with FAR and DFAR -Ability to obtain US government security clearance -BA or BS degree
Additional Qualifications: -Experience in working with DoD, including Army, Navy, Air Force, and Marines -Knowledge of performance-based contracting, using various methods -Knowledge of the defense industry -Ability to be a self-starter, multitask in a fast-paced environment, and prioritize multiple tasks with minimal supervision -Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
