Description
CONTRACT COORDINATOR
SUMMARY This position supports the contract administration/management duties of the current business, Position will be responsible for development of new opportunities in the Federal and State contract environment, resulting in near-term revenues for the LFOB.
RESPONSIBILITIES · Responsible for Contract Administration duties for all General Services Administration (GSA) schedule all contracts to include negotiation, and compliance with all terms and conditions. · Building and managing relationships with internal channel/segment partners and external clients/partners in the government contracting to facilitate revenue growth. Key areas are: * Compliance * Operations coordination across the business with named/dedicated resources * Work with internal legal department * Runs quarterly/monthly reports for director. Prepares ad hoc reports upon request. * Manage analyst functions including but limited to: * Contract administration for GSA and State Contracts * Day-to-day management of prime vendor activity * Purchasing channel development * Agent/Customer service support * Reps/Certification * RFQ development and submission * Dept. of Defense Emall (DOD), and GSA Advantage coordination * Global Supply coordination * Agent/Customer service support * Coordinate price actions for Government accounts, including GSA guaranteed pricing. Receives information regarding price change and determines affected products. Notifies all field personnel. * Assists in resolving customer issues to maintain Government agreements. Responds to basic questions. Coordinates complex issues with Government Sales Development Managers, Military Sales Specialist, Regional Managers, District Mangers and Agents. Provides information.
REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor's degree from four-year College or University is preferred. * Four years related experience. * Experience in Management of Federal/State government contracts. * Must have intermediate Excel Skills and be comfortable working in Excel.
