Billion dollar global investment banking conglomerate seeks degreed entrepreneur with 5+ years experience with AML, USA Patriot Act, BSA issued by US Securities, Banking, Derivative and Futures Regulators. Any exposure to UK, FSA and JMLSG guidelines and regulations a +. Perform anti-money laundering monitoring and testing for capital markets and securities business lines. Review and evaluate internal controls and procedures for complying with AML/KYC and OFAC regulations. Review and revise policies and procedures applicable to AML/KYC compliance. Develop and implement the appropriate internal controls to monitor compliance, regulations and guidelines. Respond to inquiries from front office and team regarding clientele. Provide support for audit and exam requests. Liaise with front office, head office and diverse branches. Manage special projects involving new business initiatives.
