Compliance Manager
Reporting directly to the Chief Compliance Officer, the Compliance Manager will manage the day to day compliance activities and administer the overall compliance program for the bank. Preferred candidates have thorough working knowledge of residential and consumer lending regulations as well as understanding of of all federal state laws and regulations. This individual will conduct audits of compliance regulations for applicable lending units and assist management in correcting any exceptions noted within such regulatory examinations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required w/ strong business acumen
Minimum of 3 years experience required
Strong computer skills (MS Office) necessary
Candidates must be detail oriented, exercise good judgement, and have extremely effective communication skills.
