Job Title: Compliance Coordinator – Interactive Brokers Corp.
Location:Greenwich, CT

Description:
This position will be located in Interactive Brokers Corp’s firm’s Greenwich, CT office and report to the firm’s Chief Compliance Officer. The ideal candidate will have previous employment experience with bond trading desk or SRO compliance. Candidate must be comfortable working in an automated, hands-on environment. Competitive salary and benefits including bonuses and profit sharing.
Compliance monitoring of the firm’s bond trading business including reviewing corporate bond trade tickets and surveillance reports for execution quality and compliance with mark up policies
Responding to regulatory inquiries and customer communications regarding specific bond trades by providing relevant books and records, utilizing investigative skills and knowledge of the industry to thoroughly research, analyze and resolve any issues.
Drafting written instructions for programmers and technology staff to respond to new regulations or to launch new business lines.
Design and implement of training with regard to market rules and regulations.
Review employee communications and employee trading in personal brokerage accounts, report to management any possible breaches or inconsistencies.
Reviewing and documenting firm processes and drafting written policies and procedures regarding supervisory control functions and operational procedures.
Qualification Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Business Administration or other related field or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 5 years previous employment experience with a bond dealer or SRO
- Track record of outstanding achievement in academics, employment, and personal endeavors
- High proficiency with PC desktop applications and MS Office suite of products
- Ability to work in an automated, hands-on environment
- Securities licenses: Series 7& 24 preferred
