Overview:
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Compliance & Control Analyst coordinates and supports the contracting of local/national programs, which includes working with customers, Sales field leadership, Sales account managers, Sales Planning, Pricing and Legal to support existing contracts as well as coordinate and oversee the contract and Request for Proposal (RFP) process for new and existing customers. Responsibilities:
GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
(This is a representative list of the general duties the position may be asked to perform, and is not intended to be all-inclusive) * Analyze, optimize and coordinate the appropriate FedEx Office resources to deliver contracted requirements to new and existing clients * Work collaboratively with the Sales team, Sales Planning and Legal to ensure contract compliance with new and existing customers * Assist in recommending options for implementing expansion opportunities within an account * Manage compliance reporting requirements with Customer Data Management (CDM) team, Sales Planning and Sales Systems Support * Serve as key support resource in execution and maintenance of strategically critical and comprehensive customer contracting processes * Work and partner with CDM, Sales Planning, Technology, Field Operations, Product Management, Legal, Marketing, Strategy and Finance to ensure the implementation of policies and processes that are functionally integrated * Work closely with CDM, Sales Planning, Legal and Pricing Strategy on ongoing development of tools to maximize contracting compliance * Lead efforts to improve contracting processes and present solutions to customers * Proactively alert Sales, Pricing and Sales Planning of contract expiration * Assist in developing contracting strategies and reporting to facilitate contract compliance * Develop and maintain a database of all agreements and critical information on all current and future agreements between external Customers and FedEx Office * All other duties as needed or required Qualifications:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience * 4+ years experience specific to supporting the contracting, bidding, pricing, customer response, and/or proposals function of a large field organization * Experience leading and facilitating cross-functional design/work teams with both field and corporate members * Prior experience with proposal and contractual documents * Experience with program and project management * Experience with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) * For new hires, must meet all FedEx Office employment qualifications in force at time of hiring, including successful passing of background check * For current FedEx Office team members, must meet hiring criteria for the position and transfer requirements as outlined in the Team Member Handbook
