Compliance Analyst w/ JD for Investment Services Comp!
Compliance Analyst with Derivatives Experience is needed for growing global investment services company. Attorney must have four years minimum experience in compliance field and will report to Chief Compliance Officer of Investment Services Company. Knowledge of OTC derivatives futures and options preferred, with ability to quickly learn new regulations as approved under Dodd-Frank. Must be familiar with AML and KYC requirements for NFA registrants. Experience reviewing marketing materials, knowledge of registration, business conduct, and recordkeeping requirements under CFTC and NFA regulations strongly preferred.
