Lincoln Financial is looking for a Compliance Administrator to join the Team in our Hartford,CT location.
Executive Administrative Role
* Manage Chief Counsel/Chief Compliance Officer's calendar; schedule meetings including travel arrangements * Organize and manage legal and compliance files * LFD Compliance technology/computer "go to" person * Process check requests * Responsible for P-Card reconciliation * Process Ariba expense reports and E-form submissions * Assist in managing and tracking the Department's budget * Order supplies
Compliance Functions
* Organize LFD's outside brokerage account confirms and statements (i.e., opening mail, sorting and organizing by firms) * Track, log and follow up LFD's annual compliance requirements such as Firm Element, ISAS/COIQ and Annual Compliance Meetings * Provide administrative support in internal and external audits * Manage LFD Compliance Outlook e-mail inbox * File annual reports for LFD, Inc. and LFD Insurance Agency; manage the Agency's licenses; maintain logs * Coordinate LFD Compliance website updates * Maintain Customer Complaint, Disciplinary Action and Heightened Supervision logs and files; * Assist in preparing various Compliance presentations * Manage LFD Sales Contest and Due Diligence logs and files * Provide administrative support in various General Compliance projects
Job Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience * Excellent organizational skills * Ability to multi-task * Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Fast learner and works well under pressure * Proficient in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook * Knowledge of Access Database and Ariba T&E system is a plus * FINRA Series 6 is encouraged but not required
