Our company is looking for a Compensation Manager who will be responsible for ensuring global compensation strategies and programs are consistently applied in all supported locations with consideration of local requirements and practices when necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer annual market analysis, salary round, bonus and LTIP processes
Partner with HR on all organization changes and special requests to review compensation and grading for their customers
Evaluate market environment to ensure competitive pay practices are in place that also support the global philosophy; recommend changes
Ensure cash compensation programs comply with all governing compensation regulations and legal compliance (FLSA, Equal Pay, etc.)
Evaluate current and develop new local programs in partnership with HR to drive desired behavior (sales incentives, retention programs, etc.)
Support regional compensation colleagues (Indianapolis, Montreal, Panama, etc.) in delivery of key compensation processes and programs
Participate in Compensation Manager Team (CMT) through annual processes (salary round/bonus) as well as special projects when assigned
Develop new and improved tools to support compensation programs
Create effective communications to educate HR and employees on compensation philosophy and programs

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
SAP experience is a plus
Ability to use MS Word and PowerPoint
Expert Excel skills required

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Customer oriented, approachable and strong interpersonal skills
Ability to effectively present to large groups
Ability to travel internationally
