The commerical loan officer will be responsible for new business development and buildling long term, profitable client relationships focusing on commercial business and commercial real estate lending, primarily owner occupied assets. Requirements:
Duties and Responsibilities
Build and manage relationships that will originate high quality loans.
Experience and knowledge of structuring deals and portfolio management.
Emphasis on new business development and relationship building skills.
· Develop knowledge of company products, policies and procedures and underwriting requirements.
· Management of existing portfolio.
Must Have
Commercial Banking or Business Banking experience
Proven Business Development experience
Strong understanding of commercial and CRE credit with primary focus on loans between $100K – $5MM
