Posted Position Title Commercial Finance Manager Career Level Experienced Function Finance Function Segment Functional Management Location Italy City Milano Postal Code 20124 Relocation Assistance No Role Summary/Purpose This key position will have responsibility for the Finance Activities in Russia, a country with high organic growth: 31% and $20M of revenue. The Finance Leader will partner with the operational leader to drive profitable growth and work with other finance functions to ensure appropriate controllership, compliance policies and rigorous procedures. The position can be located either in Italy-Milan or in France-Croissy-Beaubourg. Essential Responsibilities * Partner with the Russian Country Managers to deliver Sales, CM, and Base Cost and past dues targets.
* Responsible for key commercial finance activities including sales/cm forecasting, pipeline opportunity analytics and related FP&A activities such as planning cycle.
* Leads/Drives/Coordinates local Sales QMI calls providing the leadership team with underlying analysis of sales trends and order pattern to support accurate forecast communicated to the Europe and Africa regional executive.
* Monitors the sales force performance and control the variable compensation plan.
* Drives profitability through granular analytics around margin by customer and saving opportunities on base costs.
* Coordinates the set-up and the execution of customer contracts as well as provides financial guidance/ inputs to the DoA and the revenue recognition compliance.
* Responsible for the 3rd party appointment/renewal of agents, distributors and consultants process including profitability and commission forecasting/analysis.
* Supports and validates sales commissions.
* Coordinates and drives Finance Activities related to Growth Playbook, SII, and Operations Plan process.
* Supports credit collection process and identifies/communicates/executes improvements helping the DSO performance and minimizing Bad Debts exposure.
* Homogenizes Country process with Europe and Africa Rregion and leads the implantation of the Enterprise Resources Planning in Russia. Qualifications/Requirements * College/University degree or equivalent required
* Finance Management Program graduate or equivalent preferred
* Business acumen with creative and resourceful problem solving skills
