Commercial/Finance Manager (f/m) - career potential as General Manager -
Requirements:
The Role:
- You are responsible for managing all commercial, finance and accounting functions within the organization. You manage the accounting team and help them building up and improving structures and processes. - Furthermore, one of your main areas of responsibility will be the financial planning, project calculation, budgeting, and the controlling of our wind farm projects. - Your expert support will enable us to successfully and profitably close new and manage existing projects, whilst reducing financial risks at the same time. - Moreover, you are in charge of budgeting, forecasts and reports, as well as the monthly and yearly closings for our Polish company. - You will report to the board of directors and work closely with our shareholders, external partners and your colleagues from Vortex Energy GmbH & Co. KG in Germany.
The Requirements:
- You have an academic background in Accounting, Finance, Economics or an equivalent education with several years of experience as a commercial or finance manager, ideally gained in the area of project development or project management. - You are a highly analytical, responsible and independent person, who is experienced in planning and managing the financial aspects of complex projects. - You have an entrepreneurial spirit and derive pleasure from building up structures and processes. Modern reporting and controlling tools as well as profound knowledge in polish commercial law is highly appreciated. - Your are fluent in Polish and English. Basic language skills in German are of advantage.
