Global Account Collectors
Our client, located in Norfolk, VA is currently seeking experienced Global Account Collectors to join their expanding accounting division. The Global Account Collectors are responsible for monitoring and maintaining largekeyglobal customer accounts.
Job requirements include:
* 5+ years collections experience within a large company environment
* Ability to investigate/research invoice related activities
* Experience working with a large commercial portfolio a must!
* Ability to establish and maintain a solid rapport with key contacts
* Knowledgeable in collection laws (knowledge of international laws a plus)
* Able to manage multiple projects and responsibilities at once
* Must be professional , extremely organized and possess excellent customer service skills
* Familiar with contracts and SAP software knowledge is a plus
