Collectors
Essential job duties are listed below:
- Taking inbound calls
- Making outbound collections calls
- Working on a dialer to bring accounts current.
- Securing the total amount due
Total call volume expectation averages 200 calls per day. Strong computer skills, ability to multi-task, and competitive spirit is highly desired. Company offers a competitive hourly rate plus commission, pay for performance bonus and great working conditions.
Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred or degree.
At least 2+ years of previous high-volume collections experience.
Dialer experience preferred.
Ability to type 50 wpm.
Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Superior problem solving ability
Demonstrates a strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and with a team
Ability to prioritize and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Effective time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
Ability to meet personal and team monthly, quarterly, and annual financial goals
