Collections / Accounts Receivable Clerk
A company on the Westbank is looking for an outstanding customer service clerk to work in their Accounting Division. This stable, growing company is searching for the right individual to work in their fast paced environment. The right candidate may have previous collection experience and proven skills resolving collections issuesbyexamining customer payments, payment history, credit line and building relationships with clients.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years experience in a high volume collections environment, preferably in the transportation industry
Associates Degree or equivalent work experience
Top tier interpersonal skills, both verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office products with a strong emphasis in Excel
