Position Purpose:
To support the growth of the IWM business by performing cash reconciliations and investigations within the Reconciliations Centre of Excellence.
To perform cash reconciliations and investigations in accordance with the established control and risk management framework and in line with bank standards and regulatory requirements.
To perform cash reconciliation and investigation services initially for IWM British Isles, then extending to include IWM Asia and further expansion within the IWM Americas region.
Key Accountabilities:
Operations Processes and Controls
? Operate common processes in support of all cash reconciliation and investigation activities
? Conduct all cash reconciliation and investigation activity in accordance with documented procedures
? Assist in the collection of data to input into Intellimatch system (some manual input may be required)
? Undertake basic cash reconciliation investigations
? Undertake matching of items where not auto-matched by the system
? Chase missing statements
Job Requirements: (Knowledge/ Experience):
Required
. Ideally basic banking and / or reconciliation experience
. Ideally understanding of double entry bookkeeping
. Basic knowledge of Excel


Preferred
. Basic knowledge of Treasury Products
. GCSE grades A-C in 5 subjects (including Maths and English)
. ECDL
