Job Summary
Responsibilities:
* CSV will be responsible for providing extensive clinical training for new hires on Policies and Procedures (P&Ps) and all other clinical aspects of their consultant role * CSV will act as liaison to training director to deliver and or assist in organizing specific professional development trainings as well as refresher trainings based on trends * Provide peer review to CSDMs when prompted * Provide individual adhoc and regularly scheduled clinical coaching sessions for consultants when appropriate to assist CSDMs in improving the clinical excellence of their teams * Provide clinical presentations on relevant topics and/or clinical issues on a regular basis during CSDM team meetings * Develop P&Ps relative to new products as well as to conduct continuous review and editing of current P&P's in order to provide P&Ps to staff that are clear, concise and consistently updated to ensure their relevance and application to our business * Participate in CEAP advisement efforts and relevant coaching for those pursuing clinical licensure * Participate in activities as required related to URAC and COA accreditation * Perform activities relative to gathering information necessary to respond to customer recoveries; provide clinical support to customer recovery process * Facilitate weekly clinical meetings to include CSDMs, Technical Training Coordinator and Performance Excellence Manager * Perform random call recording evaluations * Participate in on-call rotation/manager on point (MOP) * Provide clinical support to all Triage, Customer Service and specialty teams as needed * Meet regularly with other Clinical Supervisor(s) to ensure consistency in clinical activities throughout Service Delivery * Collaborate with Performance Excellence Supervisor in an effort to ensure the highest level of clinical quality in LifeWorks service delivery * Provide sales and account executives with support necessary to procure new customers as well as to support them in retention and up-selling opportunities * Inform Clinical Service Delivery VP on a regular basis regarding pertinent clinical issues across all service delivery locations
Qualifications: * Requirements: Masters level degree in behavioral science, licensure, and CEAP * Minimum of 7 years proven clinical experience, with at least 4 years EAP experience * Previous experience in a leadership, supervisory or management position preferred * Proven ability to lead, teach, and guide others in daily routine and crisis situations * Must have past experience with group facilitation and training. Must be an excellent communicator with the ability to deliver constructive feedback and difficult messages as well as the ability to motivate and lead staff * Flexible and accessible when working in a 24x7 service environment, where employee and customer needs are the main priority * Computer experience and expertise and comfort with using technology as integrated tool for case management * Strong customer focus, orientation and training * Must be self-directed and have the ability to stay current and an expert in the field
