Job Description
·Accountable for achieving the timely and complete resolution of customer issues and inquiries.
·Negotiate solutions with merchants to reach a satisfactory conclusion from a business and client perspective.
·Ensuring complete and prompt resolution for moderate to complex operational inquiries from customers directly and other areas within First Data.
·Support Customer Loyalty strategies related to reactive retention efforts.
·Client education and training as required.
·Maintaining a thorough understanding of First Data'sproducts, platforms, systems, and operational areas and processes. Attending on-going training as required.
·Attainment of departmental and operational standards, including quality, efficiency and Key Performance Indicators (KPI's).
·Other duties as assigned
Job Specific Responsibilities
Candidate Requirements
·High school diploma or equivalent, College degree preferred
·2+ years industry experience in a customer facing role
·Knowledge of First Data's products, platforms, systems, and operational areas
·Strong deductive reasoning skills
·Position requires individual to exercise discretion and judgment in completing job tasks
·Ability to work autonomously on day-to-day responsibilities. Must effectively identify and raise risks to management and stakeholders.
·Interpersonal, written and verbal communication and organizational skills
·Demonstrating project management skills a plus
