Job Description:
PURPOSE: Fiserv’s Customer and Channel Management group is seeking candidates for a Client Service Analyst position. This individual will be responsible for the implementation, training, and support of Fiserv’s loan origination solution for consumer, commercial, and mortgage lending.
RESPONSIBILITIES: · Train financial institution’s lending personnel on features and functionality of the loan origination solution · Provide frontline product support for Fiserv’s clients via telephone, email, and web based contact channels · Deliver professional and timely client communications regarding project updates, ongoing support items, and product implementation services · Thoroughly track, organize and document all product implementation and support related activities · Develop and maintain a full understanding of Fiserv products and services and stay abreast of relevant industry trends and best practices · Frequent travel may be required · Perform other duties as assigned The above statements are intended only to describe the general nature of the job, and should not be construed as an all-inclusive list of position responsibilities.
QUALIFICATIONS: · Bachelor’s degree with a preference for Management Information Systems, Finance, Accounting or Business Administration desired · 2 years minimum in consumer, commercial and/or mortgage lending at a financial institution · In depth understanding of loan origination process (underwriting, credit, documentation, etc.) · Basic understanding of workstation operating systems and computer functions recommended · Ability to organize activities and handle multiple projects simultaneously with effective and timely follow-up on each · Positive attitude while operating under pressure and be an independent problem-solver
