Commercial Real Estate Associate/Client Executive
Prestigious International Bank seeks individual to work with their Real Estate Division assisting the Group Heads and Relationship Managers in various client management, development, and transactional activities as well as preparing internal reports.
Responsibilities for the Client Executive:
Prepare credit applications, departmental reports, complete periodic reviews, monitor borrowers for news to be reported to management, credit department, and others.
Perform due diligence, process documents, analyze financial statements, and expanding the marketing efforts of the Group Heads and Relationship Managers.
Requirements:
7-10 years of relevant experience in Real Estate Banking.
BA; MBA or MA/MS Desired.
Formal Credit Training or equivalent
Previous banking/lending experience (making actual loans)
Knowledge of/experience in REIT, REOC and Real Estate Project Finance is required.
