Summary:
To acquire and retain high net worth client relationships, develop revenue producing opportunities in multiple product lines - bbanking, brokerage, trust, life insurance, financial planning. Client Advisors are the primary relationship manager for the Bank's most profitable Wealth Management opportunities, developing strategic advice and coordinating the activites of professional team members.

Principal Accountabilities:
. Client Acquisition - Identify and attract new clients to Bank's wealth offerings by partnering with bank associates to provide advice and asset management services. Develop customer needs through effective profiling, professional sales approaches and delivery of high quality advice.
. Strategic Advice - Consult with clients to develop a comprehensive and long-range plan to achieve their financial goals. Identify appropriate bank services to implement those strategies. Coordinate the activities of other Wealth Management specialists to provide ongoing service as client needs change.
. Sale of asset management services - Represent the bank's asset management, brokerage and other fee services to gain assets under management and grow recurring revenues. Work to uncover personal banking needs for referral back to bank sales associates.
. Teamwork - Create effective teams with local bank stakeholders to support Wealth Management's segment approach (high net worth). Work effectively with the rest of the PWAS team to engage specialists where appropriate for complex advice.
. Relationship Management - Maintain customer service regimen; propose and implement changes to client's asset management plan as conditions/needs change. Meet face-to-face frequently with clients to uncover new opportunities and service existing relationship.
Position Requirements

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor degree with a minimum of 8 years extensive experience in acquiring clients, gathering assets and providing comprehensive banking and financial planning advice

High school diploma or GED with a minimum of 10 years extensive experience in acquiring clients, gathering assets and providing comprehensive banking and financial planning advice

Additional Requirements:
Series 7, 65/66 licenses
State specific Life and Health insurance license


Other Preferred Qualifications:
Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation
