Responsibilities Process, reconcile, and/or correct trades in mutual fund accounts held within Brokerage. Work is generated from Lotus Notes databases, internal reports, ad hoc requests, and various one-off processes. Collaborate with both internal and external business partners to research and resolve issues in an accurate and timely manner. Import reports and run macros in MS Access databases to provide operational processing information and take action as appropriate. Ensure processing of transactions follow industry rules/regulations and internal compliance procedures. Complete various tasks/projects as needed.
Qualifications Qualified candidates will possess reconciliation, problem solving and analytical skills as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities/processes effectively. Must be detail oriented, organized, self-motivated, have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to learn quickly and adapt to change.
Prior Brokerage, Clearing and/or Transfer Agent experience and/or College Degree required.
Preferred candidate to have knowledge of the following Brokerage systems/applications: Phase 3, Beta, Mutual Fund Sub-Accounting system (TA2000), MS Access, MS Excel, Lotus Notes and possess strong computer skills.
