An opportunity exists in the Earned Value Management Organization for an Earned Value Management System (EVMS) Analyst for SA&A and CDS Areas. In partnership with the Component Integrated Product Team (CIPT) Managers and Control Account Managers (CAMs), the EVMS Analyst will interact with program management, control account managers (CAMs), program financial control, and customers to perform budgeting, scheduling, resource planning, variance analysis, and Estimate At Completion (EAC) management of assigned development programs.
This position provides the unique opportunity to build leadership skills while fostering relationships within the Engineering, Finance and Program Management communities.
Responsibilities include facilitating, supporting, and guiding: Project Planning, Variance Analysis, EAC Analysis, EVMS training of CAMs and newer Analysts, Joint Surveillance Team audits and reviews, and Integrated Baseline Reviews.
Candidate should be team-oriented with good communication skills. Candidate must have a strong analytical background and the ability to adapt easily to new systems and processes.
