About the company : Our client is a leader in ITS (Intelligent Transportation Systems) / Software systems. The US company is a subsidiary of a large international group. Job description : Management of groups of employees for this project-based organization. Responsible for all of the finance related activities and resources in North America, including the day-to-day management of the function and meeting all the related needs of the parent company. Manage all of the accounting, controls, planning and budgets for the organization. Assume general management responsibility for the business by delegation of the CEO, potentially including management of personnel in North America, project management and business development. Who we are looking for : A minimum of 7-10 years of experience as Controller / CFO within the Construction, IT, Software, or Transportation Industry Experience with project-based accounting is required. Big 4 experience is a plus Bachelor's degree, preferably in Accounting or Finance. CPA and/or MBA is preferred Competency in Spanish would be appreciated. What's on offer : Attractive salary of around $130k depending on experience plus bonus and benefits.
