Under the direction of the CEO, the CFO directs finance, accounting, payroll, and corporate office support functions. The position is responsible for general accounting, payroll, budgeting, cash management and the development of financial policies and implementation. Within the limits of the operating budget and Association personnel policy presently in force, the CFO has full authority to initiate and complete such actions as may be necessary for fulfillment of the responsibilities related to finance, accounting and reporting.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
BS in Accounting or Finance; MBA and/or CPA highly desirable. 15+ years in progressively responsible financial leadership roles. Experience working in a Association environment or other not-for-profit experienced preferred. Demonstrate leadership, management and policy formulation skills. Prior experience in all job responsibilities.
