Job Description: Health Quest is committed to the operation of an effective ongoing compliance program. The position of Chief Compliance Officer reports directly to the Vice President of Legal Services for Health Quest and to the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors. The Chief Compliance Officer is the focal point for compliance activities for all affiliates of Health Quest, responsible for the development, implementation, and oversight of daily operations of the compliance program, inclusive of HIPAA, Internal Audit and Information Security compliance. The Chief Compliance Officer develops and oversees the Corporate Compliance Program, functioning independently and objectively to evaluate compliance issues within the organization. In addition, the Chief Compliance Officer functions as an internal consultant on special projects or initiatives as assigned. The Chief Compliance Officer will serve as the Research Integrity Officer (RIO) for Health Quest.
Requirements: MHA, MBA or MS in Healthcare Administration or equivalent education is required. Certification by the Council of Ethical Organizations or the Healthcare Compliance Association is preferred. Five (5) years experience in corporate compliance management, and ten (10) years progressive administrative/management experience is required.
