SEC Reporting Supervisor A Large Insurance company located in CC Philadelphia is looking for a SEC Reporting Supervisor that will be responsible for oversight of all SEC filings, including Form 10-K, Form 10-Q and the proxy statement; reviewing and analyzing the accounting consequences of new product offerings or potential business transactions; and determining the effect of accounting standard changes on the organization and other related matters. This person will also act as the liaison with internal and external auditors regarding SEC and GAAP reporting matters and audits and oversee certain SOX 404 accounting processes through all phases of documentation, testing and remediation.
