SOX INTERNAL AUDITOR The successful candidate must have prior experience with internal auditing and is directly responsible for investigating and financial reporting within the Sarbanes Oxley Act, section 404 guidelines. Must have a B.S. in Accounting, Must be a CPA or CPA candidate with 2-3 years experience in external or internal audit. You will be asked to demonstrate your knowledge of SOX, section 404! Salary negotiable. TRANSACTION INVESIGATOR The successful candidate must have prior experience with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance. This individual will be reviewing bank transactions and statements to discern the source of fraudulent activity. Must have excellent written communication skills, as this person will be required to write AML reports in narrative summary. Salary negotiable.
