Bookeeper needed to handle bank reconciations (trust and operating) , accounts payables.-All the way up to and including "financials" to hand off to CPA at end of year. Must have Quick books experience. Be responsible reliable, able to problem solve. Report directly to owner. Experience with budgeting income and money management helpful. Call in payroll, talk to vendors and clients as needed. Will also have to work with company's proprietary ling to train.. Must be willing to learn Part time to start 25 hours per week to start. $12.00 per hour to start. May be able to negotiate days ie: three (8) hours (4) 6.25hours days.
