We're currently looking to create a team to support a new potential federal Medicare contract.
To be a good fit for this opportunity you will have:
Bachelor's degree required in accounting, finance, or equivalent field.
CPA and/or Master's degree preferred.
10+ years broad experience in finance disciplines.
Knowledge of the Chief Financial Act of 1990 and government accounting principles such as those developed by the Federal Accounting Standards Advisory Board (FASAB).
Working knowledge of the Medicare program.
Minimum of 5 years experience managing similar projects, systems and personnel.
Minimum of 5 years supervisory experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills including public speaking and human relations.
Strong quality management experience including TQM or ISO.
Working knowledge of HIPAA Privacy and Security Rules and CMS security requirements.
Knowledge of Deltek financial management systems or Medicare systems, as well as PeopleSoft systems a plus.
Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.
