The purpose of the Call Center Consultant is to provide high-level service to our distribution partners. This person acts as a liaison to many areas of Lincoln Financial Group: Client Consultants, New Business, Financial, Relationship Management, and Distribution Gateway.
Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
* Serves as first point of contact for producers, channel management, broker/dealers and other firms to answer inquiries and complex questions regarding compensation issues.
* Researches, analyzes, and resolves production issues posed by customers utilizing specific research teams and determining the best course of action to resolve issues. Partners with the appropriate departments to work towards problem resolution. Follows-up with customer regarding issue resolution.
* Prioritizes incoming work to ensure completion of work within the established department service standards.
* Proactively provides extra relationship support to our internal and external business partners through prioritization of issues and active communication
* Keeps current and up-to-date on department procedures, systems and guidelines. Must maintain knowledge of all marketing channels, workflows, products and functions. Educates internal and external customers when appropriate.
* Understands how the role fits into the general business workflow, and the subsequent effects within Lincoln departments and on external partners
* Additional duties as assigned

* Must be able to work in a complex environment of multiple markets, products, funds and variations within the market, unique tax laws, SEC and NASD rulings
Requirements
* College degree or equivalent industry or business experience preferred
* Customer Service experience a plus
* Proven ability to effectively utilize multiple systems simultaneously; including but not limited to: Microsoft Office suite, mainframes, servers and phone systems
