Responsibilities The Programmer will be responsible for: - Development of software, planning and executing installation of software and system changes. - Monitoring system and application performance. - As part of the Quality function, taking corrective action for system component failures. - Writing programs of low complexity matching detailed specifications and developing, executing and analyzing unit test plans for low complexity assignments. - Providing support to production site.
Required Qualifications - Visual Basic 6.0/.NET experience. - 3+ years of Visual Basic/.NET Programming experience. - Experience with operating systems and other infrastructure products. - Testing concept skills. - Bachelors degree in Computer Science/related discipline and at least 3 years of experience in application program development, or an equivalent combination in education and experience. - Knowledge of Windows Operating Systems. - Experience with SQL Server. - Knowledge of Intel platform hardware & networking. - Proven Analytical and problem solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications - Ability to communicate effectively on recommendations and analysis results. - Establish and maintain strong relationships across the organization. - Adobe Suite experience helpful. - Experience managing small projects & initiatives. - 3+ years of Financial Services experience preferred.
