Description: TASC is seeking a Business Management Analyst 4 to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located in Falls Church, VA. Put your years of experience into a future of excellence. The qualified applicant will become part of the Analytical Solutions Operating Unit of TASC. Roles and Responsibilities: Provide specialized consulting and technical expertise in support of a government program. Work with client to prioritize initiatives, develop and execute work plans for delivering program and business improvement projects. Conduct functional analysis on the current budget process and support the development of alternative business processes. Review and develop ad hoc reports on financial data. Evaluate analytic methodologies and identify and apply techniques to a variety of complex problems. Support the development of briefings and products to senior leadership. Minimum Qualifications: To be considered for this position, you must minimally meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below: * Bachelors degree * 9+ years of Federal Financial Management experience * Strong Microsoft Excel experience * Understanding of the PPBE process *Experience with the Defense Health Program (DHP) and Air Force Financial Management * Excellent communication skills * Secret level clearance Preferred Qualifications: Candidates with these desired skills will be given preferential consideration: * Masters Degree * Professional certifications (CPA, CDFM, CGFM, Six Sigma) * Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance MULTIPLE POSITIONS. Security Clearance Required.
