Title: Business Management Analyst, Senior Location: Virginia-Herndon
Key Role: Assist the internal Booz Allen OPM TMA business management office with continuing to grow and maintain all TMA-related business. Work closely with market and functional teams in qualifying and responding to TMA procurements and coach proposal teams for the development of oral and written proposals, including costing. Provide unbiased and objective feedback to senior-level staff and develop excellent relationships with OPM TMA project managers. Ensure teams follow OPM TMA contract requirements. Work closely with existing TMA projects to provide guidance and direction in navigating the OPM TMA processes and internal Booz Allen Hamilton processes. Act as a first line of defense to all Booz Allen Hamilton OPM TMA projects. Identify new or enhancements to existing tools and templates to assist OPM TMA teams, provide and deliver marketing materials, and respond to general inquires of interest. Basic Qualifications: -3 years of experience with consulting, including a strategy, boutique, or Big 4 firm -2 years of experience in a program management or business management environment -Experience in supporting contract vehicles with specific emphasis on responding to federal procurements and costing -Ability to obtain a security clearance -BA or BS degree
Additional Qualifications: -Experience with authoring or reviewing proposals -Experience with supporting federal contract vehicles -Experience with firm fixed price contracts a plus -Ability to effectively interact with all levels of management -Ability to pay strict attention to detail and overall quality -Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
