It manages in excess of $4 trillion in fixed income and equity investments on behalf of over 2,000 corporations worldwide. Citibank Agency and Trust is part of the Global Transaction Services business within Citigroup Corporate and Investment Banking. The Business Implementation Manager is responsible for assembling and managing cross functional transaction, process and product delivery teams. The team is responsible for ensuring that Issuer Services Product and Technology initiatives are properly assessed, specified, budgeted, developed and implemented. The department is instrumental in ensuring that appropriate processes and platforms are in place to drive efficiency and growth, while supporting new business and new product offerings. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage the development and implementation of complex Issuer Services projects and customer implementations


• Assemble, manage and lead cross-functional teams to deliver project initiatives in support of Issuer Services strategic objectives


• Assess and specify process and technology enhancements


• Prepare project plans and budgets, and manage results


• Contribute to product management and development initiatives


• Develop, implement and manage external vendor relationships


• Work with our domestic and international partners in order to implement customer solutions and business platform enhancements

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and organizational skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills


• Understanding of capital markets activities and products


• Ability to work under pressure and adaptability to a changing environment


• Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint skills


• 8-10 years of financial service experience with a BS/BA degree, MBA a plus
