In this position, you will be responsible for:
1) Revenue leakage – Reviewing current and existing contracts and comparing them against actual customer invoices and usage levels to identify missed revenue opportunities.
2) Assist with Accts Receivables – Heavily involved with managing the accounts receivables for the Cash & Logistics group. Key components will consist on working closely with accounting and customers to follow-up past due accounts for collection.
3) Sales reporting – Inputting sales data into InTouch and maintaining the accuracy of this information to match the official sales contract log.
4) Weekly reporting – Consolidation of weekly status updates from the leadership team for distribution to senior management.
5) Time & Attendance – Manage the time/reporting process for the group.
6) Group listings / Org chart – Maintain group directory listings and organizational chart.
Job Requirements: · Bachelor's degree · 3-5 years professional experience as Accounting Assistant/Accounts Receivable · Experience with Billing/Invoicing · Must have advanced Excel experience · Strong communication skills · Great organizational skills · Customer service attitude · Very analytical
