Responsibilities

Maintain and execute a relationship plan for a portfolio of up to 150 business customers. Grow customer relationships by conducting annual financial reviews and finding additional opportunities. Relationship Managers are expected to manage these customer relationships through proactively conducting satisfaction check ins and value added updates. They will accountable for issue resolution and monitoring unusual account activity.

This role is focused on expanding business and personal relationships with the existing portfolio. Individuals must possess strong knowledge of products and services that meet customer needs and expand their relationship with the bank. Daily use of Salesforce for all activities performed by the BBRM is required.

Review existing portfolios via Salesforce to determine daily call activities. Structure and submit new loan requests from existing portfolios. Monitor annual renewals/matured loans in the portfolios to make sure renewals are properly completed to avoid customer dissatisfaction. Maintain excellent working relationships with all Business Partners within Citizens Bank.


Qualifications

Undergraduate degree preferred or equivalent work experience
Proven sales/outside calling skills

Strong oral and written presentation skills

Minimum 5 years experience B2B sales experience

Commercial Credit experience required
Thorough knowledge of Citizens deposit/credit products and services
PC skills - Outlook, Word and Excel


Hours and Work Schedule

Hours per Week: 40
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM
