Summary Analyzes and evaluates client initiated changes to existing systems to enhance or develop from a business perspective. Defines scope and objectives for projects based on user needs. Creates detailed business specifications and logical flowcharts from which programmers can create technical specifications. Conducts problem analysis and submits recommendations for solutions while following TSYS total methodology maintenance flow policies and procedures.
Responsibilities Under little or no daily supervision analyzes complex problems and issues and offers alternative business solutions. Serves as subject matter expert. Conducts analysis on complex problems. Designs system and gives complete business specs to programmers. Takes the lead in system and module issues. Leads project teams. Facilitates meetings and leads discussions. May support or participate in the execution of Client Consultant job duties Seeks opportunities to stay current and expand technical expertise. Sells TSYS and offers product alternatives. May supervise a limited number of team members, typically 2 to 3.
Education/Experience
Four year college degree and 4 or more years professional experience or 6 or more years professional experience. Must have Industry knowledge. Must have project and client relationship experience. Appropriate TSYS experience is preferred.
