Responsible for
* Asia Pacific's Fabrics business reporting * Consolidating regional financial data for sales meetings, global reviews, and ad hoc business requests * Conducting analysis of financial results and recommending improvements in business strategy and operations * Proactively identifying problems, opportunities, or issues within the business he/she supports and initiating appropriate reviews, information gathering, analyses, recommendations, and changes * Working closely with Corp. Finance to ensure data integrity * Supporting and acting as a business partner to business units
Expectations to:
* Grow from reporting to analyzing to consulting * Build a strong relationship with business unit leaders and functional leaders and gain a seat at the table * Emphasize continuous improvement in business performance, financial support, and personal contribution and development.
