Business Analyst - Client Manager
As a member of the Client Service team you will be required to assist clients with their international assignment business issues. This may include reviewing and redesigning existing processes, implementing and utilizing Resource (the team's proprietary software product), or developing a specific custom solution to meet the needs of the client.
You must have the following to apply:
Recent experience with a Tier 1 or 2 management consulting firm
Solid technical background and understanding of platforms
Certifications are a plus - Six Sigma, PMP or other process driven certifications.
You must be a US Citizen or US Resident
Must be willing to travel occasionally - 15-25%
Requirements:
Client Manager must have the ability to anticipate client needs, and plan and communicate an approach for meeting those needs. Specific skills include:

Duties Include:
Manage day to day client relationships, identify new work opportunities and support business development initiatives.
Provide direction for the analysis, design, and systems integration for client engagements from definition phase through implementation.
Lead one or more technology implementation / process re-design projects based on client requirements, in a professional manner consistent with service principles.
Apply knowledge of industry trends and developments to improve service to our clients.
Coach project teams to identify leveraged consulting opportunities based on client issues and needs analysis, effectively communicate and implement solutions.
Perform day to day project management functions including resource management, communications, stakeholder management, risk management, maintain project budget, scope and work plan.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Strong client relationship and business development skills
Proven experience in HR implementation and process re-design, knowledge of expatriate technology and international mobility processes would be a benefit
Detailed understanding of software development and implementation concepts
Solid understanding of project management processes and general lifecycle methodologies
Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and personal discipline skills
Ability to interpret data and disperse information to others
Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, computer or management information systems, industrial engineering or general business.
Master’s degree optional.
PMP, Business Analysis or Six Sigma certification preferred
