Budget Analyst
ServiceSource is seeking a well-organized, detail-oriented Budget Analyst to work at a government facility in Alexandria, VA. This position will be responsible for assisting with financial functions of the contract and following proper accounting procedures. Specific duties include, but not limited to, keeping track of outstanding purchase orders, preparing and coding invoices for approval, and assisting with annual inventory at end of fiscal year. Budget Analyst will provide administrative support as may be required to meet the terms under this contract, as well as voucher each invoice from vendors to post to the proper allocation cost code and cost center. Selected candidate must be able to perform a wide variety of accounting functions to include invoice copying, departmental billings, employee reimbursements, vendor statements, and filing. Perform additional duties as assigned. Minimum four years experience working in a government contract accounting environment. Working knowledge of MS Office suite required, Ultipro, UTA and Clarity 7 software preferred. Must be an expert in creating and designing spreadsheets. Must hold or be able to obtain any government required clearance level applicable to the position. Bachelor's degree in a Finance related field or equivalent training, experience and/or knowledge required. All candidates must successfully pass the required background check and drug screening.
