Posting Description BASIC PURPOSE To administer and maintain member securities records; To provide securities related operational and administrative support to Navy Federal Financial Group (NFFG), Navy Federal Brokerage Services (NFBS) and Navy Federal Asset Management (NFAM) staff.
QUALIFICATIONS -- Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Target:
Experience in the financial services industry, preferably in Securities and Insurance providing operational and/or administrative support; Experience that demonstrates strong knowledge, understanding, and application of administrative support skills, methods, and procedures; Experience in progressively responsible positions which demonstrates the ability to interpret instructions, policies, and procedures; Experience with database, spreadsheet, imaging systems and word processing software; Ability to exercise initiative and judgment, and to work independently and as a team member; Ability to deal diplomatically and effectively with managers, employees and members; Ability to maintain confidentiality; and Effective written and oral communication skills.
