JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Summary: As Branch Administrator you are responsible for effectively supporting the operations of the office, Managing Director and Sales Team. The position is multi-faceted and requires a pro-active individual that is resourceful and has the ability to multi-task. This position is contract to hire and you will report directly to the Managing Director.
Responsibilities: - Responsible for office administration, including but not limited to preparation of branch correspondence. - Assist Branch Director with day to day activities, and support. - Responsible for weekly Branch reports and meeting deadline for Branch Director - Provide administrative assistance to branch staff in their daily and special project duties. - Interact with candidates, employees and clients in the staffing and sales process. - Coordinate and prepare branch meetings / trainings and any consultant/client events - Responsible for oversight of Administrative Assistant - Prepares employee onboarding material, conduct all New hire consultant onboarding’s - Monthly Branch Reporting - Assists with AR / Collections activity - Assists with personnel/HR issues - Coordinates meeting and travel arrangements - General Administrative duties include answering phones, filing correspondence, etc.
Responsible for: - Efficient operation of branch administrative functions - Timely entry of employee timesheets and expense reports - Tracking client contracts - Maintaining various branch reports - Support sales, recruiting and practice teams - Ensure phone receptionist backup at times
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education - 4 year degree preferred
Experience - Minimum 3+ years of office administration experience Skills Required - Strong computer skills and knowledge of various software packages (Word, Excel and Powerpoint) - Excellent organizational skills - Ability to be a team player - Good verbal and written communication skills - Ability to handle multiple job related tasks simultaneously - Outstanding interpersonal skills
