BOOKKEEPER/OFFICE MANAGER




Headquartered in Farmington Hills, Michigan, the company is the preferred provider of flow monitoring services for Water, Storm Water, and Wastewater systems.   Hosting a state-of-the-art facility, we deliver flow monitoring services directly to system owners or through subcontracts with civil engineering firms.  Our system owner clients include state, county and municipal governments, public utility authorities, industrial facilities, and real estate developers.



We are seeking a highly motivated individual to handle the responsibilities as a one person Bookkeeper/Office Manger with diverse office, accounting, HR and operational experience.  The ideal candidate will have technical expertise as a full charge bookkeeper, proven ability to multitask, work effectively to meet deadlines and possess exceptional communication skills to collaborate with our clients and employees.  Bookkeeper responsibilities include creating and maintaining accounting files and records, maintaining accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and general ledger.  Office Manager responsibilities include providing support to the President and Operations Manager in the review and renewal of Health Insurance, 401(k) and other facility contract services.  Additional support to the field staff will be required in the area of proofing, drafting and web maintenance of various reports and correspondences.



In order to be considered for this position you must have, 3-5 years bookkeeper experience in construction and/or municipal government contracts; 3-5 years office management experience; strong working knowledge of Windows MS Office and/or MAC applications; working knowledge of Sage Master Builder or Timberline software; and Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field.
