Bookkeeper/Accountant needed for an established private investment company, located in North Miami.


Primary Duties: 



  • Billing

  • Cash Receipts / Accounts Receivable

  • Online research pertaining to ownership and Deeds.


 



Requirements:

Requirements & Abilities:



  • Minimum 4 years of billing and collection experience.

  • Experience in heavy property management billing, a plus

  • Intermediate computer skills in programs such as MS Word, Excel & basic Outlook

  • Minimum 2 years recent experience in QuickBooks

  • Attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability multi-task and meet deadlines

  • Ability to work independently

  • Good oral and written skills
